The multi-fuel grate allows the Redwood to burn seasoned wood or suitable approved smokeless fuels. It produces 4.8kW when burning wood and 5.1kW with approved solid fuel, placing it within the output range commonly chosen for small and medium-sized rooms.

Primary and secondary air controls support efficient combustion, while clean-burn technology and the advanced airwash system help create a cleaner burn and maintain a clearer view of the flames. Top or rear flue connections provide flexibility when planning the installation.
