2. Access and accounts

You may browse the Services without creating an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. We may decline orders if we reasonably believe information is incorrect, incomplete, or indicates fraud.

3. Product information, availability and specification

We take care to describe products accurately. However:

  • Product images are representative and may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and manufacturer updates.

  • Minor variations in colour tone, finish, grain, flame pattern, dimensions, or components can occur and do not necessarily indicate a fault.

  • Manufacturers may change specifications, packaging, or components and may discontinue products without notice.

If a significant change affects your order, we will contact you where practical.

4. Orders and contract formation

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.

A binding contract is formed only when we accept your order. Acceptance typically occurs when we confirm dispatch or otherwise confirm that your order has been placed into fulfilment.

We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance for reasons including (but not limited to):

  • the product is unavailable or discontinued

  • errors in price, delivery charge, description, or stock information

  • suspected fraud or unauthorised payment

  • delivery restrictions (including access constraints) prevent fulfilment

  • we cannot reasonably deliver to the stated address

If we cancel an order before dispatch, we will refund any amount paid using the original payment method.

5. Prices, VAT and payment

All prices are shown in GBP. Where VAT applies, it will be shown at checkout.

Prices and promotions may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing and payment information. Orders may be paused or cancelled if payment is declined or later reversed.

6. Delivery, lead times and access

Delivery charges vary by product, size, weight, supplier location and delivery destination. Some products may include free UK mainland delivery, while others are subject to a delivery charge which will be displayed on the product page and/or at checkout before an order is placed.

Quoted delivery charges apply to standard UK mainland delivery only. Delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, remote postcodes or locations with restricted access may require an additional delivery charge or separate quotation prior to dispatch.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, delivery is made to a ground-floor, kerbside location at the delivery address.

6.1 Lead times
Many of our products are shipped directly from manufacturers or specialist suppliers and may be made-to-order. Delivery lead times shown on product pages or in emails are estimates, not guarantees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (including supplier delays, courier disruptions, extreme weather, customs/port disruption where applicable, or access restrictions at the delivery address).

6.2 Delivery method
Delivery method may vary by product and may include parcel courier, pallet delivery (typically kerbside), freight delivery, or specialist carrier services.

Unless expressly stated and paid for, delivery does not include unpacking, assembly, installation, mounting, commissioning, disposal of packaging, or removal of old items.

6.3 Customer responsibilities – access & receiving delivery
You are responsible for ensuring safe and suitable access for delivery, including:

  • correct address and contact details

  • adequate access routes (doors, corridors, stairs, lifts)

  • parking/unloading arrangements and any permits required

  • ensuring someone is available to receive delivery where a signature is required

If delivery fails due to incorrect information, absence, refusal, restricted access, or inability to safely unload, you may be charged any reasonable redelivery, return, or additional handling costs charged by the carrier or supplier.

7. Risk and title

Title (ownership) passes to you when we have received full payment.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the address provided in your order (or, where applicable, when the carrier confirms delivery). If you choose delivery instructions such as β€œleave in a safe place” or β€œdeliver to neighbour,” you do so at your own risk.

8. Inspection on arrival, damage, missing parts and faults

Please inspect your order promptly on arrival.

  • If packaging is visibly damaged, you should note this with the carrier at delivery (where possible) and notify us as soon as you can.

  • If an item is damaged, faulty, missing parts, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery (and before installation/use) with clear photos and a description of the issue.

Important: Do not install, assemble, mount, commission, or use an item if you believe it is damaged or incorrect. Using or installing a product may affect the remedy available.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, we will provide a remedy in accordance with UK consumer law. This may include repair or replacement, and where these are not possible or proportionate, a refund, as outlined in our Refund Policy.

9. Cancellations and returns

Your cancellation and return rights are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Made-to-order / special order items: Certain products are made-to-order or ordered in specifically for you. Where a product is personalised, made to your specification, or clearly made-to-order, the usual 14-day right to change your mind may not apply. This will be indicated on the product page and/or order confirmation where relevant.

Returns must be in new, unused condition with original packaging, unless the return relates to a fault.

10. Installation, safety and product use (fires and heating products)

Because we sell fire and heating products, safety matters.

  • You must read and follow the manufacturer’s instructions, safety guidance and clearances at all times.

  • Some products may require professional installation or connection by a suitably qualified installer. Where this applies, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance.

  • You are responsible for ensuring the product is suitable for your property and intended location (including ventilation, surfaces, proximity to combustible materials, and any building or local regulatory requirements).

We are not responsible for damage, injury, or loss arising from incorrect installation, misuse, failure to follow manufacturer guidance, unauthorised modifications, or use with inappropriate fuel (including incorrect bioethanol fuel)

11. Intellectual property

All content on the Services (including branding, imagery, text, graphics and layout) is owned by or licensed to Γ†myr and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Our Services may include links or tools provided by third parties. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies or services. If you access third-party services, you do so at your own risk.

13. Relationship with Shopify

Γ†myr is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales you make through our store are made directly with Γ†myr. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and us, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Γ†myr.

14. Feedback and reviews

If you submit reviews, feedback, or other content, you grant us a licence to use it for operating and promoting our Services. You must not post unlawful, misleading or infringing content.

15. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights.

Subject to the above, we are not liable for:

  • indirect or consequential losses (including loss of profits)

  • delays outside our reasonable control

  • losses arising from incorrect installation, misuse, or failure to follow manufacturer guidance

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page and will apply from the date it is published.

17. Governing law

These Terms apply throughout the United Kingdom and are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.
