Question 11

Is the FEUERWASSER Hot Tub & Plunge Pool easy to use?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Fill the hot tub to the correct water level before lighting the external wood-fired stove. As the stove heats, the water circulates naturally between the stove and tub using the thermosiphon principle. There is no electric pump or complicated electronic control system. Full operating instructions are supplied with the product. The stove must only be lit when the hot tub is correctly filled with water.

Question 12

How long does the FEUERWASSER Hot Tub & Plunge Pool take to heat?

Accepted Answer

It typically heats the water from approximately 10°C to 38°C in around 90 to 120 minutes. Heating time will vary with the starting water temperature, outdoor conditions and the wood used. The external stove is designed to burn natural dry wood.

Question 13

Does the FEUERWASSER Hot Tub & Plunge Pool need electricity or a pump?

Accepted Answer

No electrical connection is required for heating. Water circulates between the external stove and the hot tub naturally through the thermosiphon principle, so no electric circulation pump is required.

Question 14

Can the FEUERWASSER Hot Tub & Plunge Pool be used as a cold plunge?

Accepted Answer

Yes. It is designed for both warm and cold bathing. You can heat it with the wood-fired stove for a hot soak or use it unheated as a cold plunge or plunge pool after a sauna, swimming or exercise.

Question 15

How many people does the FEUERWASSER Hot Tub & Plunge Pool hold?

Accepted Answer

It is designed for two people and includes an internal double seat. The tub has a total water volume of approximately 1,225 litres and holds around 850 litres at normal bathing level.

Question 16

What do I need to plan before delivery of the FEUERWASSER Hot Tub & Plunge Pool?

Accepted Answer

Allow enough space for the 180 cm diameter hot tub, the external stove, flue and safe access around the complete installation. You should also plan where the water will drain when the tub is emptied and make sure there is suitable access for delivery. AEMYR can help with accessories, site access and delivery planning before your order arrives.

Question 17

How do I empty and care for the FEUERWASSER Hot Tub & Plunge Pool in winter?

Accepted Answer

Plan a suitable drainage route before installation so the tub can be emptied safely. The hot tub and external stove should be fully emptied when they are not in use during freezing conditions. The non-porous stainless-steel bathing surface is straightforward to clean; follow the supplied FEUERWASSER care and operating instructions for routine maintenance.

Question 18

Why is the FEUERWASSER Hot Tub & Plunge Pool made from stainless steel?

Accepted Answer

The bathing vessel is made from V4A stainless steel, chosen for a durable, non-porous surface that can tolerate repeated exposure to water, heat and changing outdoor conditions. V4A stainless steel also offers increased resistance in more demanding wet and coastal environments when correctly cared for. FEUERWASSER provides a five-year quality guarantee on the stainless-steel body. For a deeper look at the material choice, read The Ritual Begins with Wood: Why Stainless Steel Matters in Outdoor Bathing in the AEMYR Journal.

Question 19

Is the FEUERWASSER 6-Person Hot Tub easy to use?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Fill the hot tub to the required level before lighting the external wood-fired stove. As the stove heats, the water circulates naturally between the stove and tub through the thermosiphon principle. There is no electric circulation pump or complicated electronic control system. The stove must only be lit when the hot tub is correctly filled with water.

Question 20

How long does the FEUERWASSER 6-Person Hot Tub take to heat?

Accepted Answer

It typically heats the water from approximately 10°C to 38°C in around 150 to 210 minutes. Heating time varies with the starting water temperature, outdoor conditions and the wood used. The external stove is designed to burn natural dry wood.

Question 21

How many people can use the FEUERWASSER 6-Person Hot Tub?

Accepted Answer

The hot tub is designed for up to six people. Three internal benches create a sociable seating layout with generous shared space. It holds approximately 1,400 litres at normal bathing level.

Question 22

Does the FEUERWASSER 6-Person Hot Tub need electricity or a pump?

Accepted Answer

No electrical connection is required for heating. Water circulates naturally between the external stove and hot tub through the thermosiphon principle, so an electric circulation pump is not required.

Question 23

What base and space do I need for the FEUERWASSER 6-Person Hot Tub?

Accepted Answer

The hot tub needs a level, stable surface capable of supporting at least two tonnes when filled. FEUERWASSER recommends a base area of approximately 3.10 x 2.60 metres, with the external stove positioned at the same level as the tub and suitable clearance around the complete installation.

Question 24

Should I choose the entry ladder or wooden staircase?

Accepted Answer

The entry ladder is the more compact option and takes up less space around the hot tub. The wooden staircase creates a more substantial approach and can be particularly useful for guest accommodation, retreats and hospitality settings. Choose the option that best suits your space and how the hot tub will be used.

Question 25

How do I empty and care for the FEUERWASSER 6-Person Hot Tub in winter?

Accepted Answer

Water drains through the bottom outlet and pipe for controlled emptying. During freezing conditions, the hot tub and external stove should be fully emptied whenever they are not in use. Follow the supplied FEUERWASSER operating and care instructions for routine cleaning and seasonal use.

Question 26

Why is the FEUERWASSER 6-Person Hot Tub made from stainless steel?

Accepted Answer

The bath body and external stove are made from V4A stainless steel, chosen for a durable, non-porous surface suited to repeated exposure to water, heat and outdoor conditions. FEUERWASSER provides a five-year quality guarantee on the stainless-steel body. For a deeper look at the material choice, read The Ritual Begins with Wood: Why Stainless Steel Matters in Outdoor Bathing in the AEMYR Journal.

Question 27

Is the FEUERWASSER Wood-Fired Outdoor Bathtub easy to use?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Fill the bathtub until the integrated stove is completely surrounded by water, then light it using dry, natural wood. The stove heats the water directly, without an electric pump or complicated controls. The stove must only be lit once it is correctly surrounded by water, and full operating instructions are supplied with the bath.

Question 28

How long does the FEUERWASSER Outdoor Bathtub take to heat?

Accepted Answer

It typically heats the water from approximately 10°C to 38°C in around 45 to 90 minutes. Heating time varies with the starting water temperature, weather conditions and the wood used. The integrated stove is designed for natural dry wood only.

Question 29

Does the FEUERWASSER Outdoor Bathtub need electricity or a pump?

Accepted Answer

No. The integrated wood-fired stove heats the water directly, so no electrical connection or electric circulation pump is required for heating.

Question 30

Can the FEUERWASSER Outdoor Bathtub be used as a cold plunge or ice bath?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The bathtub can be used with either warm or cold water, so it works as an outdoor bath, cold plunge or ice bath. It can also form part of a wider sauna or outdoor bathing routine.

Question 31

How many people does the FEUERWASSER Outdoor Bathtub hold?

Accepted Answer

The bathtub is designed for up to two people and holds approximately 300 litres at bathing level. Two adjustable pine backrests and a removable pine table are included as standard.

Question 32

What is the difference between the Standard / Natural and Special Edition finishes?

Accepted Answer

Both versions use the same V4A stainless steel inner tub, integrated wood-fired stove and core performance. Standard / Natural uses natural pine cladding for a lighter, understated appearance, while the Special Edition is intended to create a stronger visual statement. The difference is primarily the external finish rather than how the bath works.

Question 33

What do I need to plan for drainage and winter care?

Accepted Answer

Allow space for the 215 x 85 cm bathtub, flue and safe access around the installation, and decide where the water will drain before positioning it. The optional drain elbow allows a garden hose to be connected so water can be directed towards a suitable drainage point. During freezing conditions, fully empty the bathtub and stove whenever they are not in use.

Question 34

Why is the FEUERWASSER Outdoor Bathtub made from stainless steel?

Accepted Answer

The inner bath and integrated stove are made from V4A stainless steel, chosen for a durable, non-porous surface suited to repeated exposure to water, heat and outdoor conditions. FEUERWASSER provides a five-year guarantee on the stainless steel body. Question 35

How does the FEUERWASSER Wood-Fired Outdoor Shower work?

Accepted Answer

Connect the shower to a standard garden hose, light a small fire using dry natural wood or kindling, and fresh water is heated as it flows through the integrated system. Warm water is typically ready in around 3 to 5 minutes. It uses flowing mains water rather than storing water in a tank.

Question 36

Does the FEUERWASSER Outdoor Shower need electricity or gas?

Accepted Answer

No. The shower is heated by wood and does not require electricity or gas. It does need a suitable fresh-water supply through a standard garden hose connection.

Question 37

How quickly does the FEUERWASSER Outdoor Shower produce warm water?

Accepted Answer

Warm water is normally available in approximately 3 to 5 minutes after lighting the fire. Actual heating time will vary with the incoming water temperature, water flow, weather conditions and the wood used.

Question 38

How do I control the water temperature on the FEUERWASSER Outdoor Shower?

Accepted Answer

A temperature mixing valve lets you blend the heated and incoming water to control the shower temperature. The system also includes thermal and pressure relief valves as part of its built-in safety design.

Question 39

What water supply does the FEUERWASSER Outdoor Shower need?

Accepted Answer

It connects to a standard garden hose and is designed to operate with water pressure of approximately 2 to 4 bar. Because it heats fresh water as it flows through the system, there is no standing-water tank to fill before showering.

Question 40

Do I need the FEUERWASSER Outdoor Shower Stand?

Accepted Answer

Not necessarily. The Outdoor Shower includes a standard base and mounting bracket for installation on a stable, prepared surface. The optional stainless-steel slab stand gives more flexibility where permanent fixing is not suitable. The stand is weighted with standard 40 x 40 x 4 cm paving slabs, purchased locally and not included.

Question 41

How should I plan drainage for the FEUERWASSER Outdoor Shower?

Accepted Answer

Plan where the shower water will run before choosing the final position. The installation needs a suitable outdoor drainage solution for the amount of water you expect to use, together with a stable surface and safe access around the shower. AEMYR can help you think through the configuration before ordering if the site is unusual or project-specific.

Question 42

Can the FEUERWASSER Outdoor Shower stay outside all year?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The shower is made from V2A stainless steel for outdoor use and is designed for year-round installation when cared for correctly. During freezing conditions the system must be drained fully when it is not in use. Follow the supplied FEUERWASSER operating and winter-care instructions to protect the shower.

Question 43

What are you paying for with Falò EVO compared with a basic patio heater?

Accepted Answer

Falò EVO delivers up to 10kW of heat, adjustable down to 2.5kW, with a controlled flame inside a borosilicate glass tube. It also adds automatic anti-tip gas shut-off and, on the remote model, seven power levels.

Question 44

How much outdoor space can Falò EVO heat?

Accepted Answer

Italkero gives Falò EVO an approximate heating influence of 13m², with warmth extending around 2 metres from the heater. Wind, exposure and positioning will affect how that warmth feels in practice.

Question 45

How controllable is the flame and heat output?

Accepted Answer

The manual version lets you regulate the flame directly at the heater. The remote version gives you seven distinct power levels, so you can adjust the flame more precisely while using the space.

Question 46

Where does the Falò EVO work best?

Accepted Answer

It works best in outdoor or well-ventilated spaces where people can sit within its approximate 2m heating range. More sheltered positioning will generally make the heat feel more effective than a very exposed, windy location.

Question 47

What makes the Matte Black finish different?

Accepted Answer

Matte Black is the most understated Falò EVO finish. It lets the flame carry more of the visual impact and works particularly well where you want the heater to sit quietly alongside stone, timber, planting or darker architectural finishes.

Question 48

Should I choose Falò EVO or Dolce Vita?

Accepted Answer

Choose Falò EVO when you want controllable heat with more choice around finish and architectural integration. Choose Dolce Vita when polished stainless steel and integrated lighting are a bigger part of the atmosphere you want to create.

Question 49

Should I choose Manual or Remote Control?

Accepted Answer

Choose Manual for straightforward control at the heater. Choose Remote if you want electronic control and seven flame levels, particularly useful when entertaining or adjusting the heat from your seat.

Question 50

Should I choose LPG or Natural Gas?

Accepted Answer

LPG gives you more flexibility and can be used with the optional trolley for a mobile installation. Natural Gas is better suited to a permanent position with a planned gas connection. Falò EVO must be ordered for the correct gas type and is not designed to be converted later.

Question 51

Can Falò EVO be used under a pergola or covered terrace?

Accepted Answer

Potentially, yes, provided the area remains sufficiently open and ventilated and the installation meets Italkero’s requirements. The manufacturer specifies outdoor or well-ventilated use, with at least 25% of the surrounding area open in partially enclosed settings.

Question 52

What safety features does Falò EVO have?

Accepted Answer

Falò EVO includes an anti-tipping device that automatically interrupts the gas supply. The flame is contained within a protective borosilicate glass tube, and the appliance is designed and tested for outdoor gas heating.

Question 53

Why we love the Falò EVO in Matte Black

Accepted Answer

Because it combines proper, controllable heat with a flame you actually want to look at. The black body stays visually quiet, so after dark the flame becomes the feature.

Question 54

What are you paying for with Falò EVO compared with a basic patio heater?

Accepted Answer

Falò EVO delivers around 10kW at full output, with a controllable flame inside a borosilicate glass tube. It also adds automatic flame-failure shut-off, anti-tip protection and, on the remote version, seven flame levels.

Question 55

How much outdoor space can Falò EVO heat?

Accepted Answer

Italkero gives Falò EVO an approximate heating influence of 13m², with warmth extending around 2 metres. Wind, exposure and positioning will affect how that warmth feels in practice.

Question 56

How controllable is the flame and heat output?

Accepted Answer

The manual version lets you regulate the flame directly at the heater. Remote Control gives you seven flame-height settings, making it easier to adjust the heat as the evening changes.

Question 57

Where does the Falò EVO work best?

Accepted Answer

It works best where people can gather within its approximate 2m heating range — terraces, outdoor dining areas and more sheltered garden spaces. Very exposed or windy positions will naturally reduce the sensation of warmth.

Question 58

What makes the Full Corten Steel finish different?

Accepted Answer

Full Corten gives Falò EVO a warmer, more organic character. The weathering steel develops a protective patina over time, moving through rust tones towards a deeper copper-brown finish that sits naturally with planting, stone and timber.

Question 59

Should I choose Falò EVO or Dolce Vita?

Accepted Answer

Choose Falò EVO when material, finish and architectural integration matter most. Choose Dolce Vita when polished stainless steel and integrated lighting are a bigger part of the atmosphere you want to create.

Question 60

Should I choose Manual or Remote Control?

Accepted Answer

Choose Manual for straightforward adjustment at the heater. Choose Remote if you want electronic ignition and seven flame levels, particularly useful when entertaining or adjusting the heat from your seat.

Question 61

Should I choose LPG or Natural Gas?

Accepted Answer

LPG offers greater flexibility and can be paired with the optional trolley. Natural Gas is better suited to a permanent position with a planned gas connection; the heater must be ordered for the correct fuel type.

Question 62

Can Falò EVO be used under a pergola or covered terrace?

Accepted Answer

Potentially, provided the area remains sufficiently open and ventilated and Italkero’s clearance requirements are met. It is designed for outdoor or appropriately ventilated covered spaces, not enclosed rooms.

Question 63

What safety features does Falò EVO have?

Accepted Answer

Falò EVO automatically cuts the gas supply if the pilot flame goes out and includes an anti-tipping safety device. The flame is contained within a protective borosilicate glass tube.

Question 64

Why we love the Falò EVO in Full Corten Steel

Accepted Answer

Because the material gets better as it lives outside. The changing Corten surface gives the heater character even when it isn’t lit — then the vertical flame brings it to life after dark.
