For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by the relationship between people, places and the objects they choose to live with.

Growing up in the English countryside gave me a strong sense of place. Later, living in Istanbul and studying art history deepened my interest in architecture, craftsmanship and the way materials shape how we experience a space.

I returned to London and built a career in business and marketing. AEMYR brings those worlds together.

AEMYR reflects my curiosity about design, craftsmanship and the way people live. I choose each brand and product carefully, learn the detail behind it and take time to understand the people who make it.

I’m particularly interested in fire, outdoor bathing, furniture and materials that change the experience of a place. Pieces that create somewhere to pause, gather, retreat or reconnect with the outdoors. That might be a pocket garden beside a city home, a sheltered space within an extension or a much larger architectural project.

I enjoy the conversation before the specification. Whether you’re working on a project, developing an idea, making something I should know about or looking for something you haven’t yet found, I’d be pleased to hear from you.
