Shipping & Delivery
Delivery charges vary by product, size, weight and delivery location. Some products include free UK mainland delivery, while others are subject to a delivery charge which will be displayed on the product page and at checkout before you place your order.
Delivery charges shown on our website apply to standard UK mainland delivery only. Additional charges or extended lead times may apply for remote or offshore locations, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Channel Islands.
Most in-stock items are delivered within 5β10 working days. Made-to-order items, specialist products and selected European collections are typically delivered within 2β3 weeks.
Estimated delivery timeframes are shown on each product page and may vary depending on stock availability, supplier schedules, courier availability and delivery location.
If your order contains items from more than one supplier, your items may arrive separately. Where available, we will share tracking or delivery details for each shipment.
Large, fragile or heavyweight items may be delivered by pallet carrier, freight provider or specialist courier and are usually delivered kerbside only. This means delivery will be made to the nearest safe and accessible point outside the property.
Unless agreed with us in advance, standard delivery does not include inside delivery, unpacking, packaging removal, assembly, installation, or moving items through doorways, lifts, staircases, gardens, side passages or into specific rooms.
Please ensure there is suitable access for delivery and unloading, including road access, parking and safe space for the courier to deliver the item at kerbside. If delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions, missed appointments or unavailable recipients, a re-delivery charge may apply.
If white-glove, inside delivery or additional handling is required, this may be available by arrangement on selected products. Please contact us before ordering so we can confirm options, availability and any additional costs.
Neither AEMYR nor our delivery partners are usually able to hold orders for a future delivery date once goods are ready for dispatch. Please be ready to accept your order within the timeframe shared with you.
Once your order is confirmed, we will provide tracking details where available and keep you informed throughout the delivery process.
Please check your order on arrival. If anything arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the packaging and product so we can help resolve it quickly.
