The Henley Milan is a ceiling-mounted bioethanol fireplace designed to bring a real flame into the room as a sculptural, architectural feature.

Its curved black lacquered-steel body creates the impression of a floating fire, making the Milan particularly effective in contemporary interiors, open-plan living spaces and rooms where the fireplace needs to be appreciated from more than one direction.

Open on both sides, the Milan maintains sightlines through the room while allowing the flames to be enjoyed from different viewpoints. Rather than anchoring the fireplace to a wall, its suspended form creates greater freedom around furniture placement and the way the surrounding space is arranged.

The Milan uses a manually operated 1.5-litre bioethanol burner. It requires no conventional chimney or flue connection and produces no soot or ash, simplifying day-to-day use and removing the need to store logs or manage a traditional hearth.

With a heat output of approximately 1kW and a burn time of up to four hours, the Milan is designed primarily for atmosphere and supplementary warmth rather than as the room’s main source of heating.

Ceiling mounting must be assessed and completed by a competent installer, with the manufacturer’s installation guidance, room ventilation and required safety clearances followed.
